Instructions for Low Speed Uploads

Open a command prompt and run the following command:


        netsh interface tcp show global

Then, can you run the following two commands:


        C:\WINDOWS\system32>netsh int tcp set global rss=enabled


        C:\WINDOWS\system32>netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=normal

Close out your browsers and repeat the upload to TUFv2.0. The two above commands enable TCP to dynamically increase the Receive Windows buffers.
